Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with AusBuys. This policy explains how and when your order will be delivered.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within Australia only.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is a flat A$11 per order, shown at checkout before you pay.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of payment. You'll receive an email once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery times

Our products are shipped from our suppliers' international warehouses. Most orders arrive within 7-15 business days of dispatch. Occasionally delivery can take longer due to customs, carrier delays or peak periods.

If you order several items, they may arrive in separate parcels.

Tracking your order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to show updates.

Delays and lost parcels

If your order hasn't arrived within 25 business days of dispatch, please contact us and we will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund if the parcel is lost.

Incorrect address

Please check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is delayed or lost because of an incorrect address, we'll do our best to help, but we may not be able to send a free replacement.
