Refund & Returns Policy

At AusBuys, your satisfaction matters to us. This policy explains your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and how our returns process works.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Change of mind

We offer a refund or exchange for change-of-mind returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging and in resaleable condition. For change-of-mind returns, the original shipping fee and the cost of sending the item back are the customer's responsibility.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at raulpuriee88@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement, repair or full refund, including any return shipping costs, at no cost to you.

How to request a return

Email raulpuriee88@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will reply within 2 business days with the return address and instructions. Please don't send items back before you hear from us, as unannounced returns can't always be matched to an order.

Refund processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will let you know whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Hygiene items

For hygiene reasons, beauty and personal care items that have been opened or used can't be returned for change of mind. This does not affect your rights if the item is faulty.

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
