Processing time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery times

Because AusBuys works with a network of suppliers to bring you a wide range of products at great prices, delivery times can vary by item:

Standard delivery (AU-based stock): approximately 3-7 business days
International/overseas-fulfilled items: approximately 10-25 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing

Where an order contains items shipping from different locations, you may receive multiple parcels arriving separately. We will let you know at checkout or via email if this applies to your order.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your cart. Any applicable free-shipping promotions will be clearly displayed at checkout.

Tracking your order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email where available. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

Delays

While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing, weather, carrier delays, or high order volumes during sales periods. We appreciate your patience and will keep you updated if we become aware of any significant delay affecting your order.

Incorrect address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. AusBuys is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, though we will do our best to assist in resolving any delivery issues.
